Reimagining Collaboration and Community
Nike and Palace Skateboards are redefining collaboration through the launch of Manor Place, a new cultural hub in South London. Set inside a restored 1895 building, the venue connects sport, design, and community. It reflects both brands’ shared roots in skateboarding and urban creativity.
Palace Co-Founder Lev Tanju explains, “We wanted to create a large space for the community about skateboarding and sport — a place to hang out.” He adds that Nike was “the only brand that could make something like this happen.” For both, Manor Place is a way to give back to the city that shaped them.

The Park & The Cage: A Dual Playground
At the center of Manor Place, The Park & The Cage bring football and skateboarding together. The upper level features a polished concrete skatepark, inspired by classic London spots such as Southbank, Stockwell, and Victoria Benches. Below it lies a fully enclosed football cage, built for three-on-three matches and open play.
This rotating playground setup invites crossover between sports and cultures. It will host skate jams, girl-only sessions, and community tournaments, making the space inclusive and energetic.

The Front Room and The Residency
Beyond sport, The Front Room acts as a stage for London’s creative voices. It hosts workshops, exhibitions, and pop-ups, while also serving as a retail gallery for exclusive Nike x Palace releases. The first drop showcased there is the P90 collection, inspired by early-2000s football culture.
Meanwhile, The Residency provides free studio space to six rising creatives every nine months. They can produce, collaborate, and showcase their work inside The Front Room. The next round of applications opens in spring 2026, encouraging new talent to join the space.

The P90 Collection: Where Football Meets Skate
Coinciding with Manor Place’s opening, the Nike x Palace P90 collection bridges football nostalgia and skate style. The range includes shell suits, jerseys, tracksuits, hoodies, and T-shirts, all detailed with the Palace Tri-Ferg and Nike Swoosh.
The collection drops October 31 at palaceskateboards.com, Palace stores, and via SNKRS in select regions. Together, Nike and Palace continue to celebrate creativity, performance, and community through sport.
