Nike Toma National Finals Put Young Talent in the Spotlight
More than 150 teenage players qualified for the tournament after winning regional competitions across North America. Athletes traveled from cities including Los Angeles, Miami, Toronto, Texas, Philadelphia, and Atlanta to compete in four-on-four and one-on-one matches.
At the center of the experience stands Estadio Nike, a 16,000-square-foot open-air street soccer arena. The venue hosts the final qualifying rounds before the tournament reaches its winner-takes-all championship. Moreover, every evening combines exciting matches with live DJ performances, creating an atmosphere that extends well beyond the final whistle.
The championship matches stream live worldwide through Amazon streaming services and Twitch, allowing fans around the globe to experience the excitement of the event.

Street Soccer Meets New York Culture
Beyond the matches, Nike has created the Toma Night Market, an immersive destination celebrating the diverse cultures connected through football. Visitors can explore local food, fashion, music, and community experiences inspired by New York City’s multicultural identity and the global language of soccer.
In addition, attendees can visit exclusive pop-up experiences featuring SNKRS, limited event merchandise at the Toma Gift Shop, and collaborations with creative partners including Cactus Jack, Happy 99, Hester Street Fair, Battle of Jollof, [Neu]Sette, and Taller de Rafa. Together, these experiences reinforce Nike’s vision of football as both a sport and a cultural movement.

Toma El Juego Continues to Grow Worldwide
The Nike Toma National Finals conclude the first season of Toma El Juego, Nike’s community-driven street soccer platform focused on accessibility and self-expression. Since launching in Los Angeles, the initiative has hosted more than 100 tournaments across cities including Barcelona, Casablanca, Lima, Mexico City, Santiago, and Seoul.
More than 4,000 players have participated throughout North America, benefiting from free events that remove barriers such as cost, limited facilities, and traditional competitive structures.
The event also creates pathways beyond the tournament. Scouts from U.S. Soccer and the NWSL attend the finals to identify emerging talent, while winners receive a one-year Nike brand ambassador agreement, exclusive Nike prizes, mentorship opportunities, and access to performance resources.
