A landmark retail moment on Oxford Street

PUMA has officially opened the doors to its largest-ever European flagship store in the heart of London. Positioned on Oxford Street, just seconds from Selfridges and Bond Street Tube Station, the new space places the brand at the center of one of Europe’s busiest and most influential shopping districts. Spanning 24,000 square feet, the flagship is designed to function as both a retail destination and a brand experience hub.

Showcasing performance innovation and lifestyle design

The London flagship brings together the full breadth of PUMA’s product offering. Performance highlights include NITRO™ running technology and football boots such as FUTURE, ULTRA, and KING, alongside the brand’s current lifestyle collections. The store layout encourages exploration, balancing clear product storytelling with an open, modern retail environment that reflects PUMA’s sport-meets-culture identity.

Immersive experiences and customization zones

Beyond product, the flagship focuses strongly on interaction. Consumers can personalize selected items in dedicated customization areas, creating one-of-one products. A digital NITRO™ running video wall reacts to touch, allowing visitors to engage directly with PUMA’s performance technology. These elements are designed to turn the store visit into an active experience rather than a traditional retail stop.

Celebrating heritage through the archive space

An in-store archive area highlights PUMA’s rich history, featuring iconic pieces from the brand’s 77-year journey. This space connects past and present, reinforcing PUMA’s long-standing relationship with elite athletes, innovation, and global sport culture, while grounding the flagship in authentic brand storytelling.

London-exclusive products and ongoing activations

To mark the opening, PUMA has introduced a London Exclusive collection available only at the flagship. Inspired by the city’s community spirit and creative energy, the collection reinterprets British icons such as the Union Flag and Harris Tweed through a contemporary PUMA lens. Looking ahead, the store will host a dynamic calendar of events through 2025 and into 2026, including athlete appearances, exclusive collaborations, and evolving in-store activations.

A strategic step toward direct-to-consumer growth

The Oxford Street flagship aligns with PUMA’s recently announced strategic priorities, which aim to reset the business and establish the brand as a Top 3 global sports company. While wholesale remains important, this flagship underlines a stronger focus on direct-to-consumer channels, immersive retail, and deeper engagement with local and global communities.
