Built Around Edwards’ Game
The Anthony Edwards 3 takes inspiration from the guard’s dynamic playing style. Moreover, its performance setup is designed to support quick movements, explosive takeoffs and aggressive changes of direction. Dreamstrike EVA provides lightweight cushioning with a responsive feel, while the Advanced TPU Cage adds containment during cuts and drives.
At the same time, a reinforced toe works with the two-way stretch knit upper to provide protection, breathability and durability. The design is completed by a distinctive Chevron element connecting the sole and upper, giving the shoe the aggressive visual identity associated with the Anthony Edwards franchise.
A New adidas Basketball Chapter
The launch also introduces MINNATLANTASOTA, an episodic film series inspired by Edwards’ personality and confidence. The sketch show debuted on September 12, with new episodes scheduled to premiere on the 5th of each month throughout the basketball season. Edwards appears alongside adidas athletes and emerging comedic talent, expanding the story of the Anthony Edwards 3 beyond the court.
Cold Blooded
The first Anthony Edwards 3 release arrives in the Cold Blooded colorway. In addition, the model will be worn across the adidas Basketball roster by next-generation athletes including Olivia Miles, VJ Edgecombe, Kaleena Smith and Karim Lopez.
