Seems like the sponsoring game has gone a little further as global brands now seek new platforms to partner with. Last week, adidas Originals announced partnership with former Twitch superstar, Richard Blevins aka Ninja.
Ninja has been in the gaming spotlights for over 10 years, with many memorable moments like his 2018 record-breaking stream of Fortnite matches with Drake and Travis Scott (635.000 viewers).
That didn’t stop him from ditching Twitch and his 14.000.000 subscribers. In August he joined Mixer streaming platform by Microsoft where he already gathered over 2 million subscribers in one month.
