Accelerating the Future of Sport Innovation
This unified creation engine places the athlete at the center of everything. By combining design and innovation across three brands, Nike will deliver new ideas faster and make performance products more powerful.

Inside Nike’s New Creation Powerhouse
The new structure brings together nearly 1,000 designers, bioengineers, and creators. They work inside world-class facilities such as the Serena Williams Building, the LeBron James Innovation Center, and the Bowerman Footwear Lab. This connected ecosystem blends neuroscience, research, and design to redefine sport innovation.





Nike’s new Aero-FIT offers double the airflow of previous athletic apparel. Nike Mind, over a decade in development, applies neuroscience to footwear through the Mind 001 and Mind 002 models. Project Amplify becomes the first powered footwear system for running and walking. Meanwhile, Therma-FIT Air Milano introduces Nike Air technology to temperature-regulating outerwear.
