adidas Climacool Laced 3D Printed pushes footwear innovation into a new era. Built with advanced additive manufacturing, the latest adidas release blends futuristic engineering with everyday comfort. The sneaker focuses on breathability, lightweight support, and modern style.
adidas Climacool Laced 3D Printed Design and Breathability
The new adidas CLIMACOOL LACED arrives in a clean all-white colorway with subtle ghost stripes and matching laces. However, the real innovation lies beneath its minimalist look. The sneaker is created using advanced 3D additive manufacturing, producing a sculpted lattice structure engineered for 360° airflow.

Unlike traditional sneaker construction, this design features no seams, edges, or pressure points. The result is a smooth, continuous structure that wraps around the foot like a second skin. Furthermore, the lattice pattern strategically places ventilation zones exactly where airflow matters most. This ensures maximum breathability throughout the day.
Another key upgrade is weight reduction. The latest CLIMACOOL LACED is 15% lighter than the 2025 model, offering a lighter ride without sacrificing durability or support.

Advanced 3D Printing Technology Behind the Sneaker
The adidas Climacool Laced 3D Printed silhouette represents a new chapter in footwear production. Each pair is produced over approximately 24 hours using digital light synthesis (DLS) technology, building the shoe layer by layer with remarkable precision.
This approach allows size-specific cushioning to be integrated directly into the structure. Consequently, every pair delivers a tailored underfoot feel that traditional manufacturing methods struggle to replicate.

The addition of a laced construction also expands accessibility. Earlier versions of the CLIMACOOL focused on slip-on designs, but the new laces allow for a more adjustable fit that accommodates a wider range of foot shapes. Meanwhile, an added outsole improves durability and protection for daily wear.
Kahleah Copper and Jalen Williams Lead the Campaign
To showcase the sneaker’s lifestyle versatility, adidas tapped basketball stars Kahleah Copper and Jalen Williams for the campaign.
Copper emphasized the blend of style and comfort, saying:
“For me, I love a simple yet put together look – and comfort must be front of mind. This new sneaker keeps it minimal and I just love the way it is the perfect foundation for any outfit. What’s even better is that they’re truly designed to breathe, with ventilation from all angles they give my feet so much added air when I walk – something I need more than ever after game-day!”

Williams echoed the importance of recovery and comfort after competition:
“For me, comfort is essential as soon as I step off the court. My feet go through so much during training and games, so giving them time to breathe is a non-negotiable – shoes are exactly what I need after an intense session on the court.”
