If you’re a fan of Spider-Man and sneakers, you’ll be excited to hear that Nike is releasing a new Air Jordan 1. Dubbed the “Next Chapter”, the sneaker is inspired by the upcoming animated movie Spider-Man: Across the Spider-Verse.
The First Air Jordan 1 x Spider-Man collaboration
The movie is a sequel to the 2018 hit Spider-Man: Into the Spider-Verse. It was the first time we saw Miles Morales, as a new Spider-MAN from a different dimension. Moreover, Nike celebrated the theatrical release with the launch of the Air Jordan 1 “Origin Story”.

The movie features multiple versions of Spider-Man from different universes, each with its own unique style and personality. Similarly, the Air Jordan 1 Next Chapter is a tribute to Miles Morales and his Spider-Man suit, which he wears in the movie. The sneaker features a University Red, Black, and White color scheme, similar to the classic Spider-Man colors.
This fresh take on the iconic Chicago colorway boasts a mix of materials, including lustrous leather and soft suede. In addition, it features a translucent red outsole and comic book-like detailing on the collar, touches that add some flair and fun to the design.
