Today, we have learned that eight of those sneakers will come together this month to form the “Throwback Future” collection, nodding to the combination of their nostalgic roots and futuristic color schemes. Highlighted by classic Nike icons the likes of the Air Max 97 and the Air Max 95, it also ushers in the new Air Max 720 and Air Max 270 while also delving out two shimmering versions of the Vapormax, a 2019 and a Run Utility, a boisterous Air Max Plus, and a head-turning pair of the ladies-only Air Max DIA. Clearly anchored by their aforementioned iridescent treatments, a neutralizing black tone is added into the mix in an effort to tone down their already-exuberant designs.
