This season, adidas and the heralded New York label, Noah, have come together once again to present a new collaborative collection. Returning specifically to the broader inspiration point of running – a personal passion of the label’s co-founder Brendon Babenzien – the two brands have crafted a suite of footwear, apparel, and accessories that blurs the lines between performance gear and casual leisurewear. At its core, the collection is an ode to Noah’s home city of New York, a diverse place where whether you run 6 miles or 26, you can experience a cross-section of culture in every direction.
Driven by an unending commitment to storytelling through carefully considered garments, for Fall/Winter 2021 heightened attention has been paid to purposeful craftsmanship. Designed for casual winter runs and city strolls alike, the collection features a number of timeless and elevated pieces including a gray turtleneck, a matching green corduroy track top and shorts set, and a navy v-neck which boasts classic Three Stripes detailing. The apparel offering is then rounded out with Noah’s take on quintessential adidas styles ranging from a t-shirt and a hoodie, to a forward thinking take on the brand’s iconic Beckenbauer track pant.
Staying true to Noah’s uncompromising approach, the footwear offering features two new silhouettes. First up, the Noah Vintage Runner has been crafted exclusively for the brand and boasts a completely new upper based on a vintage track spike running shoe from the 1980s. Timeless yet contemporary, the Vintage Runner is available in two subtle colorways. Meanwhile, the Noah Lab Race silhouette is the brand’s take on a highly functional adidas runner. The stripped back silhouette features a mesh upper with suede accents sat atop a performance running midsole and is available in two colorways.
To cap things off, the accessories selection then comprises a 3 pack of Noah socks and a Navy beanie.
Launching on November 18th, the adidas Originals by Noah Fall/Winter 2021 collection is available through noahny.com, Confirmed and adidas.com in selected markets.
