New Balance and Mowalola are proud to introduce their first collaboration with the launch of the Mowalola 9060. Initially debuting on the runway for Mowalola’s Spring/Summer 2023 collection at Paris Fashion Week, the new 9060 collaboration includes two colorways: black/purple/yellow, and black/teal/pink. The former pair will be exclusive to Mowalola’s platforms. Both versions of the 9060 silhouette will be available first on November 11th at 7pm UK and globally on November 18.

Dubbed “Burglarwear,” the collection visually explores the concept of thievery– what it means to take something for one’s own, versus to steal, weaponizing ownership as a means of self-expression.

The creative campaign accompanying the launch features a dark and dangerous high-speed chase, involving the MBI (Mowalola Bureau of Intelligence), who is in hot pursuit of the girl with the most wanted shoes – the New Balance x Mowalola 9060. The perfect party shoe, inspired by rebellion and nightlife, the highly coveted 9060 collaboration is durable for moshing and dancing all through the night.

The New Balance x Mowalola 9060 boasts a leather and mesh upper resting on a chunky ABZORB midsole, offering an athletic yet tech-focused look. The 9060 is a new expression of the refined style and innovation-led design that have made the 99X series home to some of the most iconic models in New Balance history. The 9060 reinterprets familiar elements sourced from classic 99X models with a warped sensibility inspired by the proudly futuristic, visible tech aesthetic of the Y2K era.

The Mowalola x New Balance 9060 will be available exclusively on Mowalola.com on November 11 and globally on newbalance.com and at select global retailers beginning November 18 with suggested retail pricing of 180€. To learn more follow @newbalance or visit www.newbalance.com.
