From the outdoor courts of Slovenia to the bright lights of Los Angeles, Luka Dončić has become a global basketball icon. Now, with the launch of the Jordan Luka 4, Jordan Brand unveils the next evolution in Luka’s performance footwear. Designed to enhance his game, it also aims to inspire the next generation of hoopers.

Innovative Performance Features Define the Luka 4

The Jordan Luka 4 packs cutting-edge technology, built for Luka’s dynamic playstyle. The shoe features an evolved IsoPlate, a signature element of Luka’s line. This ensures stability and torsional rigidity, helping him stay locked in and ready to outmaneuver defenders.

For the first time in the Luka series, a Nike Zoom Air unit enhances responsive cushioning for better court feel. The Cushlon 3.0 midsole delivers a smooth, comfortable ride, while refined Flightwire cables provide lightweight containment. Inspired by Luka’s first signature shoe, this design balances performance with style.

“The Luka 4 is made exactly for my game. It gives me a new tool to play my best and push my performance,” says Luka. “The IsoPlate really helps with my balance and step-backs, the Zoom Air unit adds responsiveness, and the Cushlon 3.0 midsole makes this a very comfortable shoe.”

Signature Details Make the Jordan Luka 4 Unique

A standout feature of the Luka 4 is the compass-inspired outsole. Instead of standard directional markers, it displays “L-U-K-A”, reflecting Luka’s love for wristwatches and precision. This attention to detail extends to the Navigate colorway, inspired by Lake Bled in Slovenia, and the Gone Fishing edition, a nod to Luka’s passion for boating and fishing.

“My favorite thing to do in the offseason is to get out on the boat and go fishing, which I’ve been doing since I was young,” says Luka. “I love the peace and space of the ocean, driving the boat and getting some sun. Just like basketball, fishing teaches me patience—and helps me relax and prepare for the next season.”

Accompanying the shoe is a Luka-branded apparel collection, launching in May. The Gone Fishing theme extends to hoodies, T-shirts, and shorts, connecting fans with Luka’s personal style.

Outdoor Basketball Reimagined with the Luka .77

Alongside the Luka 4, Jordan Brand debuts the Luka .77, designed for outdoor play. Inspired by Luka’s early days on Slovenian courts, this shoe features full-length rubber, high-abrasion mesh, and a dual-density foam midsole for durability and comfort.

“The Luka .77 is for the kids—and for anyone who hoops outdoors,” says Luka. “When I was young, I played mostly outside but didn’t have footwear made for that environment. I wanted to create a shoe for the next generation, giving them a tool to develop their game wherever they lace up.”

With an IsoPlate for stability and seven strategic heel cutouts, the Luka .77 ensures comfort even in high-intensity outdoor games, offering durability and plush landings.

Release Details

Both the Jordan Luka 4 and Luka .77 drop globally on April 8 at jordan.com and select retail partners. The Luka apparel collection follows in May, allowing fans to complete their Luka-inspired look on and off the court.
