After the six-shoe Vans x Harry Potter collection was revealed last month, we now have an on-foot look at four of the six impending releases. Kicking things off is a Vans Sk8-Hi done up in the colors of Gryffindor, Harry Potter’s home Hogwarts house. Featuring a burgundy/red striped upper accented by black suede and a regal lion crest it presents a bold look, one that takes Gryffindor’s ethos of bravery quite literally.
Slytherin, the house of Potter’s arch-rival Draco Malfoy, is present as well thanks to a Vans Era dressed in black and green snakeskin and equipped with a tongue badge for a nod to its serpentine mascot. Cold and cunning, the shoes suit the house that’s turned out the most Dark wizards perfectly.
Another Sk8-Hi features a blue checkerboard print interspersed with Harry’s signature lightning scar and textured iridescent overlays.
The Era returns again as well, covered in an all-over Daily Prophet print that features headlines and articles from the wizarding world’s leading newspaper.
Although they’re not pictured here, Ravenclaw and Hufflepuff — the other two Hogwarts houses — are represented by a Vans Slip-On and Vans Authentic, respectively.
