Feature’s Saucony Shadow 5000 “Dreamland” Is Inspired By Area 51

While signs of extraterrestrial life still have yet to be found – especially after the rather lackluster “Storm Area 51” raid that occurred last month – Saucony appropriately turns to Las Vegas-based retailer Feature for a playful collaboration titled “Dreamland” as a nod to the world’s most top secret area.

Utilizing the classic Shadow 5000 silhouette, the two brands outfit this model in a simple blend of black suede and tumbled leather materials, allowing the bevy of laboratory thematics to take center stage. Hazardous signs are brought to life via striped yellow co-branded tongues, laces, and heel tabs, followed by glow-in-the-dark green doses that shine through the “S” logo windows and on the midsoles in splattered fashion to represent eerie test tube fluids. In addition, 3M detailing arrives on the heel tabs as well as heat map graphics laid upon the insoles to round off its UFO motif.

Retailing at 145€, you can find the Feature x Saucony Shadow 5000 “Dreamland” at :
