Few things can connect West side to the East. Ewing Brand is about to achieve that by releasing a Ewing 33 x Death Row Records, as a tribute to the legendary West Coast hip hop label that is responsible for some of the best 90’s hip hop albums like “The Chronic”, “Doggystyle” and “All Eyez On Me”.
Originally founded in 1991, Death Row became the dominant label in hip-hop while the 33 HI ruled the courts. This collaborative sneaker flaunts a premium pig suede upper along with details like a clear translucent red sole, gradient midsole, reflective hits, and special Death Row packaging.
The flagship Ewing Athletics shoe, the 33 HI, is an exact retro of the 1990 original. It features a classic reversible ankle strap that can be worn on the front or back of the shoe and a full-length PU midsole for cushioning.
The regural “Ewing” branding at the heels is replaced by “Death Row” and the tongues will host Hen Dogs’ famous “chair” logo.
Retailing at 140$ , you can find the Ewing 33 x Death Row Records at Ewing Athletics.com on April 10th.
