A Historic First for Jordan Brand
While Jordan Brand has previously explored football-inspired styles and collaborated with elite clubs like Paris Saint-Germain, this partnership marks a new milestone. It is the first time the Jumpman logo appears on an official national team kit.

According to Sarah Mensah, the project reflects a deeper connection between sport and culture:
“Today, Jordan ignites something truly extraordinary. Partnering with the Brasilian Football Federation is more than a collaboration; it’s a celebration of greatness, creativity and the electric energy of global football, with Brasil at its vibrant core.”
Design Inspired by Brazil’s Power and Identity
The away kit blends traditional Brazilian football colors with signature Jordan Brand design language. Yellow and blue tones dominate the jersey, while the iconic elephant print—famous from the Air Jordan 3—adds a bold visual texture that connects the football kit to Jordan’s basketball heritage.

Engineered with advanced Nike Aero-FIT technology, the kit is designed for maximum breathability and cooling. The elliptical mesh zones increase airflow between the fabric and the athlete’s skin, helping players maintain peak performance even under intense match conditions.

Brazil star Vinícius Júnior highlighted the cultural significance of the partnership:
“For every kid in Brasil who dreams with a ball at their feet, this partnership means something huge. Jordan Brand and our Seleção coming together is more than football — it’s culture, joy and greatness united.”

A Full Collection Beyond the Pitch
The launch extends beyond the national team kit with a 35-piece streetwear lineup celebrating Brazil’s vibrant fan culture. Hoodies, oversized tracksuits, mesh shorts and T-shirts carry the Seleção’s iconic color palette combined with Jordan Brand’s bold aesthetic.

The footwear portion of the collection features special editions of the Air Jordan 1 Low, Jordan Ultra, and Jordan Trunner. It also includes an exclusive version of the Nike Tiempo Gato futsal shoe, designed specifically for football culture.

Nike’s Football Legacy Continues
For Nike, the partnership also reflects a continuation of a relationship that began decades ago with Brazilian football.
Elliott Hill explained:
“The signing of CBF, Nike’s first football superpower, back in 1996 was a defining moment for our company… This new collaboration is an exciting moment for NIKE, Inc., as it showcases the power of our sport offense in action.”
